Wacom Offers Up Discounts On Tablets

Wacom has announced that, through the end of January, they will be offering discounts on their Graphite and Intuos writing tablets. Wacom has been an industry leader in writing tablets, and this special offer provides Mac users and opportunity to pick one up. According to Wacom:

Wacom Technology Corp., the worldis leading maker of graphics tablets, today announced a mail-in rebate program for its Graphite(TM) colored Intuos(R) USB professional tablets.

Rebates of $30 for the 6x8 active area Graphite and $50 for the 9x12 active area Graphite will be available from participating resellers for products purchased from January 9th to January 31st, 2001.

The graphite Intuos SE tablets have a translucent upper tablet body, translucent graphite pen, translucent graphite pen stand and for the 9x12 Intuos a translucent 4D Mouse.

Manufacturer advertised price before rebates is $299.99 for the Intuos USB 6x8, and $429.99 for the Intuos USB 9x12, which also includes Wacomis 4D Mouse.
