Washington Apple Pi Offers Office 2001 Demo To Celebrate Steve's Birthday

The next Washington Apple Pi general meeting will feature Microsoft representatives going over the ins and outs of Office 2001 for the Macintosh. Also, maybe a coincidence and maybe not, the meeting falls on Appleis Commander-on-Chief Steve Jobsi birthday. According to Washington Apple Pi:

Microsoft will demonstrate all the bells and whistles in Office: Mac 2001 Saturday, February 24th during a general meeting of the Washington Apple Pi Macintosh Computer User Group.

"Microsoftis Scot Travers knows all the neatest tips and tricks for this new Office Suite for Mac," says WAP President Lorin Evans. "This is a demonstration no Mac user will want to miss."

The WAP General Meeting begins at 9am at the:

There is no admission fee and you donit have to be a WAP member to attend.

As always, there will also be the opportunity to ask questions, and therewill be lots of give-aways, including copies of the Office:Mac 2001 suite.
