Tick-Tock: Time Palette Update Released

Time Palette has released an update for Time Palette, bringing it to version 5.0.2. Time Palette is a world time and mapping app with real-time weather conditions and distance calculators. 5.0.2 is a maintenance upgrade with several bug fixes and a revised Atlas time zone database. According to Time Palette:

Trygve Inda, developer of the premiere world time and mapping tool, Time Palette 5.0, today announced a free update with additional updates to the Atlas time zone database.

Specific changes in version 5.0.2:

  • Fixed a bug which could cause a crash when opening the Atlas window
  • The first heading indicator in the distance panel is now updated properly
  • Altered the offscreen buffer code to prevent a rare crash on some systems
  • Added a +/- to the clocks to indicate tomorrow/yesterday
  • Fixed a typographical error in the weather data
  • Specific Atlas Updates
  • Updated time zone data for some areas of the former Soviet Union
