Apple Co-founder Woz, Kari Byron Team Up for Reality TV Show

Apple Co-founder Steve Wozniak and former Mythbuster Kari Byron have teamed up to make a new reality show where the two text futuristic new gadgets. The show, called The Woz," hasn't been picked up yet, but the two have been working together filming for potential episodes.

According to Gizmodo, the team has already pitched their show to the Discovery Channel as something that "introduces the audience to facilities where science fiction is quickly becoming reality."

Ms. Byron has been tweeting about their showing, saying Woz is hilarious and a sweetheart.

Mr. Wozniak co-founded Apple with Steve Jobs, then later struck out on his own to work with tech startups, and to gain a reputation as a philanthropist.

Ms. Byron worked as an intern for Jamie Hyneman and Adam Savage on Mythbusters, then later became a show regular working on projects with Tory Belleci and Grant Imahara. She was let go at the end of last season along with her co-mythbusters when the show changed format to focus on the original two stars.

Since The Woz hasn't been picked up by a network yet, there isn't any guarantee we'll get to see any episodes, but it's great to see Ms. Byron back in action. Considering the popularity of both, there's a good chance, however, we'll the two on our TV screens before long.
