Apple is taking its online-focused launch for Apple Watch a step farther by offering buyers Personal Setup sessions through their computer. Apple Watch owners scheduled to receive their new smartwatch today started receiving emails touting the Web-based setup help along with a link to sign up for a time slot.
Apple Watch online Personal Setup assistant times are filling up fast
You'll have to set up an appointment time for your personal help session, just as you would for one-on-one help in an Apple store. The email Apple Watch buyers received includes a sign up link where with data and time slots, most of which are filling up fast.
The sessions are video based with an actual person instead of pre-recorded content. Since you'll be participating in a live video chat, the answers you get will be tailored to your specific questions.
Time slots are filling up quickly, so sign up soon if you don't want to wait a couple days to get one of the last remaining slots for this weekend.
