Apple updated Remote to version 4.0 Monday, a release that updates the look and feel of the app to iOS 7. It also supports iTunes 11.1. Remote allows users to remotely control iTunes on a Mac, PC, or Apple TV from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, control playlists, change song order, and more.

The patch notes for the release are simple, saying, "This version of Remote has been completely redesigned for iOS 7 and adds support for iTunes 11.1." That means no new features, despite the major upgrade number, but it does come with a new icon.
