Apple announced the immediate availability of Final Cut Server 1.5 on Thursday. The new version of Final Cut Server added support for offline editing with ProRes Proxy.
The new version of the video editing server app also added support for production hierarchies to organize media, and still sequences for viewing and managing image sequences for graphics and effects workflows. The new version also includes unlimited client licenses.
Final Cut Server is priced at US$999, or $299 for upgrades.
