Popular author and TMO columnist Bob LeVitus paid a visit to Chuck Joiner’s MacNotables podcast to talk about his hands-on experiences with Apple’s new iPad multimedia tablet.
Bob “Dr. Mac” LeVitus was on Apple’s short list of journalists who received an iPad for early review, and he shared his thoughts with Chuck on Apple’s iPhone OS-based tablet, which will be available to the public on April 3rd. Bob discussed what made the biggest impression on him out of the box, what he’s already discovered about casual usability, and his positive experiences with the iPad’s on-screen keyboard. He also talked about what came with his iPad, and what didn’t, his app experiences, gaming on the iPad, reading books, and even the quality of Apple’s iPad case in the first look at a production iPad.
