piDog Software Updates FontThing With Custom Font Previewing

piDog Software has release FontThing for OS X. FontThing is a utility designed for font viewing and management. The update improves the UI and adds custom font preview strings. According to piDog Software:

piDog Software has updated FontThing for Mac OSX to version 1.3.

FontThing is a small utility that allows users to preview, install and activate fonts from any location. Users preview fonts by double-clicking a font in the finder or by dragging files/folders to the FontThing icon. Catalogs of fonts can be printed or saved to a PDF file through Appleis print dialog.

This update allows users to customize the available font preview strings. Recently viewed fonts will now be reloaded on subsequent launches. This update also addresses some cosmetic interface issues.

You can find more information about the FontThing update at the piDog Software Web site. FontThing is available shareware for US$10.00.
