tribalmedia announced on Friday that it has acquired the iShell software suite from Tribeworks. The deal means that tribalmedia will now sell, support, develop, and market the multimedia content and interactive CD/kiosk development tools. With the sale completed, iShell 4.5 should now be ready for a September release.
iShell 4 is priced at US$495 for the Mac only version, and $795 for the cross-platform version.
