SmileOnMyMac announced on Monday that TextExpander touch support has been added to Hog Bay Software's WriteRoom for the iPhone and iPod touch. WriteRoom's new support means users can access their snippets without having to launch TextExpander touch.
TextExpander touch lets users store libraries filled with abbreviations that auto-expand into full words of phrases when typed. WriteRoom for the iPhone is a note pad application that offers a horizontal view with a larger keyboard along with computer access to your iPhone documents via Wi-Fi.
TextExpander touch includes a built-in text editor for applications that aren't compatible, too.
TextExpander touch is priced at US$4.99, but has been temporarily discounted to $1.99. WriteRoom costs $4.99. Both are available for download at Apple's iTunes-based App Store.
