iTunes Festival Comes to Apple TV

Apple added a special iTunes Festival channel to Apple TV on Wednesday so everyone can watch the music event even if they can't make it to London. The 30-day festival includes 60 artists such as Elton John, Justin Timberlake, and Katy Perry performing concerts throughout September. Apple TV owners can check the iTunes Festival schedule, watch concerts live, replay concerts later, and more. The new channel is showing up without requiring a special update, so Apple TV owners should see it magically appear just as other channels have done in the past. Since the concerts are all happening in London, U.K. residents can enter to win tickets at the iTunes Festival website or through the Apple TV channel, and via the free iTunes Festival app for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
