Propellerhead has brought Thor, the company's polysonic synthesizer, to the iPad. This app turns your iPad into a mobile synthesizer. The company said it has the same, "semi-modular synth with the same set of selectable oscillator and filter types and the same advanced routing of audio and modulation." That means you can create a massive range of sounds. If creating your own sounds isn't your thing, Thor for iPad also comes with 1,000 fully developed patches out of the virtual box. The video below shows the app in use, and it's super cool. It's US$14.99 and available now on the App Store.
