I have been waiting for the OS X version for 2 years now. It’s still at the top of the page at Macsurfer’s, and there is even a link here at TMO. I’m tired of seeing “still the Ultimate Styling Tool for Internet, Print and Video Graphics. Works great in Classic with a Native OS X Version on the way.

HEY! It’s been almost 7 years now!!

Geez, put out a limited time beta at the very least!! Get some feedback on what you have done so far. Before you know it, it will be 2010…with the same links to a product that is “coming soon”.

Could it be construed that the makers of TypeStyler X are engaging in FALSE advertising?!?  :bugeyed:

I sent this to them today:

“Okay, so you’ve been saying that Typestyler is coming out for OSX “soon” for the past 7 years. It is fast becoming the “Duke Nukem Forever” of software utilities.

Several Mac sites, including Macsurfer, DealsOnTheWeb and MacObserver, have displayed your links for years with no update info from your company. Is there any intention to actually release this software, and if so, when?”

I do miss TypeStyler quite a bit. It really was a fantastic program.

Alas, I gave up on it. I still have it and boot an old G3 when I need it, but even that has become a pain.

Would be nice if they did update and release, but I stopped holding my breath a long time ago.

So long TypeStyler, you had your chance. I think I’ll give this a try.
