In S eptember, we covered a one-on-one laptop deal in Stillwater, MN. That deal would put iBooks in the hands of every junior high school student and teacher in the town. In October, the deal was restructured to cover but one of the two local junior high schools, and was sealed. On Tuesday of this week, support for the laptop deal cost the three school board members who supported the plan their jobs. The Pioneer Press is reporting that a write-in campaign conducted by two parental foes of the deal succeeded, and that all three incumbent supporting members were voted out
