Using The Product
The battery has a protective cover over the lightning connector that is removed when the battery is in use, and I noted a problem in trying to keep from losing it. I was able to use the battery with my iPhone 5 wearing a very slim case with no problems at all. It's designed to connect directly to the iPhone or iPod, and so using a 30-pin to Lighting converter cable won't have the same aesthetics.
The electrostatic touch button is a nice extra, nothing to push, just gently place your finger on the button area. It easily fit into my pockets and the protective cover stayed in place even when I kept it in my pocket for an entire day.
I was able to recharge my iPhone 5 from ten percent capacity to full charge in two hours.
Do I Recommend It?
I do. It is a handy and quick way to keep your device charged without the necessity of a full cover battery case. It is easy to carry around and should be particularly helpful to those who need a small charger, but with plenty of capacity for when they're away from their primary charging station.
