Private Internet Access is the VPN that I use. As far as I can tell from examining their privacy policy and website, they seem to live up to their privacy claims.
I use Cloak (now Encrypt) and also VPN Unlimited. Most VPN’s collect user data, but not your passwords, etc. Encrypt costs $50 per year and claims to not collect any user data (for sale like others).
