3Dconnexion Introduces SpaceNavigator for Laptops

3Dconnexion announced the immediate availability of the SpaceNavigator for notebook computers on Tuesday. The SpaceNavigatorT is a portable 3D mousing device that weighs half of its desktop cousin, the SpaceNavigator 3D, and is geared towards on the go users.

The SpaceNavigator sports a redesigned grip cap for easier movement through 3D environments, dual mouse buttons, a USB 2.0 connector, and a travel case. The 3D mouse is compatible with a wide range of application including Photoshop CS3, Google Earth, Google SketchUp, and more.

The SpaceNavigator for notebooks requires Mac OS X 10.4.6 or higher, and is priced at US$129.
