Adding Internet Radio Station to iTunes

· by · Tips

iTunes has a large selection of Internet-based radio stations that you can listen to, but what if your favorite isnit on the list? No problem: As long as you know what the URL is for the radio stationis MP3 streaming content, just add it yourself. Hereis how:

  • While iTunes is running, choose Advanced > Open Stream.
  • Enter the URL for the Internet radio stationis stream in the Open Stream windowis URL field.
  • Click the OK button.

Enter the URL for radio station you want to add to iTunes.
iTunes automatically adds the radio station to your Library, so you can listen to it any time you like by Double-Clicking the stationis name.

I made a new playlist and added my favorite Internet radio stations to it so that I donit have to dig through my iTunes Library each time I want to listen to a station.

Add the stations you listen to all the time to a playlist so they are easier to find.
