Apimac Releases New Language Dictionary Versions

· by Mike Washlesky · News

Apimac has released new versions of the Apimac English-Spanish and English-German Dictionaries, bringing them to versions 4.0 and 3.0 respectively. The Apimac Dictionaries are language aides designed for students or enthusiasts interested in Spanish and German. The latest versions feature Valentina databases, search support, and above all, OS X support. According to Apimac:

Apimac is proud to announce Apimac English-Spanish Dictionary 4.0 and Apimac English-German Dictionary 3.0, the latest releases of their all-in-one dictionary and phrase book applications, for both Mac Classic and Mac OS X.

The new versions are major and recommended releases that introduce Mac OS X compatibility, a completely new and fast search engine against a Valentina database, a new Version Checking feature and a Preferences window, searches can be run in all the built-in dictionary files or in some of them (including user defined dictionary files), and the interface has been greatly improved with the addition of a Recents menu (which lists the latest searches for better accessibility) and several commands.

Also, there is a renovated registration code scheme for making the upgrading process simply and reliably.

You can find more information about the latest Apimac English-Spanish and English-German Dictionaries at the Apimac Web site. The updates are free for current users, while the full version are available for US$19.99.
