Apple Adds 802.11n Support to AirPort Express

Apple announced the immediate availability of the AirPort Express with 802.11n support on Monday. The new model maintains the same compact form factor, USB port for printer sharing, and a single Ethernet port.

AirPort Express supports 128-bit WPA/WPA2 encryption, AirTunes, and includes a digital/analog combo audio out port.

Appleis compact Base station was the last Wi-Fi offering from the company to make the transition from 802.11g up to 802.11n. AirPort Express is priced at US$99.
