Apple announced the immediate availability of the AirPort Express with 802.11n support on Monday. The new model maintains the same compact form factor, USB port for printer sharing, and a single Ethernet port.

AirPort Express supports 128-bit WPA/WPA2 encryption, AirTunes, and includes a digital/analog combo audio out port.

Appleis compact Base station was the last Wi-Fi offering from the company to make the transition from 802.11g up to 802.11n. AirPort Express is priced at US$99.
