Apple Releases AirPort Management Tools For "Larger" Enterprise-Class Networks

Apple has released a new piece of AirPort software. Called AirPort Management Tools, the new app is designed to help IT people "plan, set up, fine tune, and manage" AirPort networks, especially larger networks. From Apple:

About AirPort Management Tools
The AirPort Management Utility and AirPort Client Monitor provide powerful tools for planning, setting up, fine-tuning, and managing larger, enterprise-class wireless networks.

System Requirements:
This version of the AirPort Management Tools software requires:

  • Mac OS X 10.3
  • AirPort 3.4

AirPort Management Tools is free, and can be downloaded directly from Apple.
