Apple Releases New Security Update With Fixes For Printing, Mail, & More

Apple has released Security Update 2004-04-05 for OS X 10.3.3. The Security Update provides fixes for CUPS printing, XML libraries, Mail.app, and OpenSSL. A version of the update is also available for OS X 10.2.8 users, which includes an update to CUPS printing, and also includes Security Update 2004-01-26. The brief note from Apple:

Security Update 2004-04-05 delivers a number of security enhancements and is recommended for all Macintosh users. This update includes the following components:

CUPS Printing
libxml2
Mail
OpenSSL

The update is available for OS X 10.3.3 and 10.2.8 from Software Update. The 3.7MB update for OS X 10.3.3 and the 4.8MB update for OS X 10.2.8 are also available from Appleis site.
