Black Cat Systems Pulls Out An Antenna Update

Black Cat Systems has released a new version of Antenna Master, bringing it to version 2.0.0. Antenna Master is a step-by-step antenna building aid designed with instructions for various models of antenna construction. The update now features OS X support. According to Black Cat Systems:

Black Cat Systems announces that Antenna Master version 2.0.0 has been released and is now available. This is the first release to include a Mac OS X version.

Antenna Master is an antenna design package for amateur (ham) radio operators, and other radio enthusiasts, as well as those in the communications professions. It takes you step by step through the design of the following types of antennas:

  • Dipole
  • Fat Dipole
  • Yagi
  • J-Pole
  • Super J-Pole
  • Log Periodic
  • Cubic Quad
  • Vertical

It also performs the following calculations:

  • Coil Design
  • LC Filter Design
  • Transmission Line Loss
  • L Matching Networks
  • Pi Matching Networks
