CDFinder 4.0.3 Fixes OS X Bug

Norbert M. Doerner has released an update for CDFinder, bringing it to version 4.0.3. CDFinder is a cataloging app designed for the file management of hard disks, DVDs and MP3s. The update features bug fixes and minor enhancements. According to Norbert M. Doerner:

The author today announced the immediate availability of CDFinder 4.0.3.

CDFinder is a very fast and powerful tool to catalog your hard disks, CD-ROMs, DVDs, floppies, ZIPs and anything else that spins. It has a great user interface and powerful search functions.

New in CDFinder 4.0.3:

  • Fixed a bug in Mac OS X that could cause CDFinder to ignore many existing catalog files at launch time
  • Importing Disk Recall catalog files is improved a lot. As the Disk Recall product seems to be discontinued, that is a good news for all current Disk Recall users
  • Dropping a volume icon on the CDFinder application icon in Mac OS X will now launch CDFinder and catalogue the volume
  • New column "Kind" in the main window displays the disk type of a catalog

You can find more information about the latest CDFinder release at the CDFinder Web site. CDFinder 4.0.3 is free for registered users, while the full version is available for US$25.00.
