Not to mention our breakthrough Sprite technology which made it possible to apply unbelievable transparency and layer effects to any object, bitmap image or text. Now with new Canvas 8 weire soaring to even greater heights: over 100 new features and enhancements that will let you explore the farthest limits of your creative powers in every medium with a minimum of wasted effort.

With the release of OS X, there is a lot of eagerness for Canvas 8is Macintosh version - which will be OSX-native, will run on OS 9, and will be released later this Summer. Our R&D team is working around the clock to complete the Mac version as soon as possible. Canvas 8 for Macintosh will support scripting via AppleScript as well as the ColorSync color management system.
