AppMAc has released a new app for the Mac, mDialog 1.0. mDialog is a chat utility designed for intranet/internet chat management. Client and server versions are available and supports OS 10.1. According to AppMac:

You donit need a server to try it because AppMac software have a mDialog server.
There is two versions : client and server
