CmdrTaco To Speak At MacHack

MacHack has announced that the infamous CmdrTaco will be speaking at this yearis conference. Also known as Rob Malda, CmdrTaco founded the Slashdot news site, and will be joining in conference discussions. According to MacHack:

MacHack, The Annual Conference for Leading Edge Developers, has become famous for various reasons. The MacHax Group hosted Best Hack contest is one, but the outstanding lineup of conference speakers is another.

This year, Rob Malda, the infamous CmdrTaco, best known for his work founding Slashdot the nearly ubiquitous website of "news for nerds" will join MacHack 2002. In this rare public appearance, heill join MacHackis crowd of developers for a lively discussion that will range from his adventures building the online community that Slashdot has become to open source issues and where ever else the freeform gathering might lead.
