Apple unveiled its new retail store reservation system, Concierge, on Wednesday. The new system lets customers schedule appointments online up to seven days in advance at the Genius Bar and The Studio, Appleis new one-on-one creative support service. The Genius Bar is available at every Apple Store, but The Studio is available only at select locations.
Concierge will let ProCare customers schedule appointments seven days in advance, while regular customers can schedule appointments for the same day.
