Meadows Publishing announced that it is now selling CopyFit for QuarkXPress independently from its DesignMerge VDP product on Wednesday. CopyFit Desktop is available as either an XTension, or as a server module for QuarkDDS. It provides detailed control over fitting copy in a documents through user-defined rules, and detects and automatically fixes text overset and underset problems. CopyFit Desktop is compatible with QuarkXPress 4.11 through 6.5, and is priced at US$225.
