DEVONtech Shipping New Notepad Utility

DEVONtechnologies has released a new app for Mac users, DEVONnote 1.0. DEVONnote is a utility designed for notepad type information management. The app features support for text/clippings and intelligent search functions. According to DEVONtechnologies:

DEVONtechnologies launches DEVONnote, a simple but powerful notepad application.

DEVONnote, DEVONthinkis little brother, is a brand new notepad application for Mac OS X, based on the same rock-solid foundation as DEVONthink, but less complex and easier to use. DEVONnote is capable of intelligently storing and organising plain or rich texts and file aliases in one single place.

Users can also store bookmarks in DEVONnote, browse the Web using the integrated browser based on Appleis WebKit, capture interesting notes via the services menu, organise webcams or create cross and Wiki-style links.
