Derman Enterprises has released an update for FolderControl, bringing it to version 1.40. FolderControl a utility designed for expanded folder and file control functions. The update features Panther enhancements and bug fixes. According to Derman Enterprises:

Version 1.40 adds the following:
- various changes required by Panther/Mac OS X 10.3
- an option to organize with/out toolbar/sidebar for OS X 10.3.x
- some bug fixes
