EarthBrowser Maintenance Update Released

Lunar Software has released an update for EarthBrowser, bringing it to version 2.0.2. EarthBrowser is an Earth sim with live earthquakes, Webcams, and worldwide weather conditions. The update features bug fixes and minor font mods. According to Lunar Software:

Lunar Software, Inc. has released v. 2.0.2 of EarthBrowser, a MacOS X based software package displaying the earth with live weather, clouds, earthquakes, Webcams and more.

EarthBrowser is an innovative Earth simulation that combines an easy to navigate 3 dimensional globe with real-time weather conditions and 5 day forecasts. Live earthquakes, Webcam images, volcanoes and current cloud formations are also featured. A screen saver option lets it take over your desktop with a gorgeous image when you are away from your computer. Great as an educational tool, a must have for avid weather watchers!

Bug fixes in version 2.0.2:

  • Fixed incorrect daylight savings time settings in southern hemisphere
  • Fixed import settings problem causing corruption
  • Reduced size of city font
