FontExplorer X 1.0 Available

Linotype announced that FontExplorer X has officially moved beyond the beta test stage to version 1.0 on Tuesday. FontExplorer is a font management application that includes system wide auto-activation, font license checking capabilities, the ability to order fonts online, and more. Linotype has online purchasing agreements with several font foundries, including primetype, P22, Font Diner, x and y Ltd., Dutch Fonts, and Virus Fonts. FontExplorer X is available for download at the Linotype Web site, and is free.
