Imaja has released an update for ProtoFont, bringing it to version 2.2. ProtoFont is a font utility designed for library browsing and printing. The update features browsing enhancements and reference deletion. According to Imaja:

ProtoFont 2.2 has been released and includes several new features useful for browsing your font library on Mac OS.

ProtoFont provides specimen sheets in many layouts of the useris Mac OS font library. Users can easily browse fonts to find the perfect font for a graphic design job. Font databases can be easily created by adding entire folders of fonts, whether or not they are installed in the System Folder.

Font references can be deleted from the Font List or Font Keyword windows.

Font folders outside the System Folder can be added to a ProtoFont font list, including fonts found in sub-folders.

You can find more information about the ProtoFont update at the Imaja Web site. The ProtoFont update is US$20.00 for registered users, while the full version is available for US$49.95.
