Freeway 5.3 Converts Flash to QuickTime for iPhone

Softpress announced the immediate availability of Freeway Pro and Freeway Express 5.3 on Thursday. The updates for the graphic-based Web site design applications added the ability to convert Flash content to QuickTime for iPhone and iPod touch.

Freeway can now build Web sites that hold both FLV and QuickTime versions of files in the same site and automatically serve the correct file to visitors based on their Web surfing device. The new version also added the ability to upload to MobileMe and .Mac paths, fixed several bugs, and more.

Freeway Pro and Freeway Express 5.3 are available at the Softpress Web site, and are free updates for version 5 users. The Pro version costs US$249, the Express version is priced at $79, and users that purchase full copies from the companyis online store until December 7 will receive a free iTunes gift certificate.
