Griffin Debuts XPress Digital Audio Cable

Griffin Technology announced Friday the XPress Digital Audio Cable that connectes Appleis Airport Express to the digital input on home stereos.

Using AirPort Express and iTunes, users can wirelessly transmit digital audio from a Mac or PC to a home stereo. The new cable connects to the digital output on the Airport Express and then to any digital optical input available on most hi fi receivers sold today. The 9-foot XPressCable uses standard Toslink/Optical connectors and is compatible with most home theater receivers, as well as the PowerMac G5 and the new iMac G5.

The cable retails for US$19.99 and is available now.
