Iconfactory Releases "Matrix" Icons

· by Kyle D\'Addario · News

Any well respecting computer geek loves the smash hit movie, The Matrix. Now, Iconfactory has made it easy to bring the movie to your desktop. Iconfactory has released a new set of icons centered around the characters and plotline of the movie. According to the Icondfactory:

Although Warner Brothers ground breaking sci-fi epic "The Matrix" was released over a year ago, the buzz on the movie continues. During this time, The Iconfactory has received numerous requests for high-quality icons based on characters from the film.

With the recent (and popular) release of The Matrix Screensaver from Martin Flahault, demands for icons reached a fever pitch and The Iconfactoryis own Dave Brasgalla bowed to pop-cultural pressures to produce the freeware set.

Brasgalla has hand-crafted portraits of the major characters in the film pixel by pixel, utilizing 256 glorious old school colors. Heis also indulged his sillier side and thrown in some Etherbrian - inspired "LoRez" iterations just for fun. Whether you like your icons hyper-realistic or decidedly low tech and chunky, youire sure to find something you like in this latest IF release.

You can find more information at the Iconfactory web site.
