Knock, Knock: Who’s There? Update Shipping

Open Door Networks Inc. has released an update for Whois There? Firewall Advisor, bringing it to version 1.3. Whois There? is a firewall security analyzer designed to test and report on database infiltration. The update ships with Jaguar mail support and definition updates. According to Open Door Networks:

Open Door Networks Inc. today announced that it was shipping version 1.3 of its Whois There? Firewall Advisor for Mac OS X.

Whois There? Firewall Advisor enhances Macintosh Internet security by helping users analyze, investigate and respond to access attempts to their Macintosh.

Whois There? 1.3 provides support for Jaguaris new Mail application, and includes updates to the service definitions it uses to provide advice on access attempts. It continues to support the Norton Personal Firewall, Mac OS X Server, Brickhouse, and any other firewall that uses Mac OS Xis built-in firewall and logging capabilities.
