LISTSERV Maestro: Web Interface Listserve Management for Mac OS X

· by · News

L-Soft announced Thursday the release of LISTSERV Maestro for Mac OS X, a listserve management tool for Mac OS X. The software is designed to allow users to manage, measure, track, and report the results of their listserve use from a Web interface, with more sophisticated use of user data and preferences than its sibling, LISTSERV.

According to the company, LISTSERV Maestro allows users to create customized messages, and follow up messages based on membership use.

It also includes four options for "open-up and click-through tracking, including blind, anonymous, unique and personal, collecting a different degree of personally identifiable information about recipients. This data, which is key to tailoring follow-up communications, can then be easily converted into real-time tracking reports as well as imported into third-party statistical or spreadsheet software packages."

Both LISTSERV and LISTSERV Maestro are available for Mac OS X, Linux, Solaris, and Windows. L-Soft is currently offering Mac users a "limited license" of LISTSERV Maestro for customers who buy LISTSERV with a maintenance license. That offer is good through October, 2005.
