MEGA-MUG MEETING WILL FEATURE RAFFLE The Mega-MUG Meeting at MACWORLD Expo will offer more than just a chance for user group leaders and members to get together and talk about all facets of MUGs. It will offer more than an opportunity for anyone interested in finding out about MUGs to learn from active user group enthusiasts. It will also offer a raffle of products from some of the industryis leading vendors, with a grand prize of an iPod!

SECOND MUG FOCUS GROUP HELD BY ADVISORY BOARD The second in a series of focus groups was conducted by the User Group Advisory Board on July 9. These sessions allow individual MUG leaders to interact with the UGAB members, Regional Liaison Team, and the Apple User Group Program on a direct basis and provide feedback and recommendations on a variety of designated topics. This session discussed issues of involving MUG leaders in existing resources, how to locate those resources, and ways to communicate that information to new MUG leaders. Participants included:
