Messenger for Mac 6.0 Universal Binary Released

Microsoftis Macintosh Business Unit (MBU) on Wednesday issued a Universal Binary of Messenger for Mac 6.0, the MBUis first application that runs on Intel- and PowerPC-based Macs. New features include the ability to chat with people on Yahoo!is messaging service, custom emoticon creation, and an option to tell others what the user is listening to in iTunes.

On the IT side, managers can now deploy Live Communications Server only, making their jobs easier. Messenger for Mac 6.0 requires Mac OS X v10.3.9.
