MicroNet Announces Platinum NAS 4.0 Network Storage System

MicroNet announced its new Platinum NAS 4.0 networked data storage system for small and mid-size businesses on Monday. The Platinum NAS 4.0 supports 1TB SATA hot-swappable drives for up to 4TB of storage, RAID 0, 1 and 5 configurations, and includes a 256MB write-back/write-through cache, and dual gigabit Ethernet ports.

The Platinum NAS 4.0 will be available in the second quarter, and will be priced starting at US$879 for 1TB of storage.
