[Update: Note that we published the ruling in a separate article, published at 4:05 PM CST]

Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly will be issuing her landmark ruling in the Microsoft antitrust case today, at 4:30 EST. This is the big case that was handed to Judge Kollar-Kotelly when an appeals case upheld the Findings of Fact from Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson that Microsoft was a predatory monopolist, but overturned his order to break up the company due to Judge Jacksonis bias displayed during the trial.

TMO will be covering the release as soon as it is released, and this page will be updated with the news. Come back at 4:30 EST (3:30 CST) for more information.
