More Desktops At Mandolux

Mandolux has released 18 new desktops for download today. The desktops are images for use as the background on Macs, and represent several different themes including military, abstract imagery, and the new Giants series. According to Mandolux:

Mandolux would like to inform you that there are18 new desktops for this week.

The new desktops are: 10 F-111A Aardvark (aerospace), 4 Austere (rose petals), 3 Giants (giant and dual monitor desktops), and 1 Technosis/Anthraxis (abstract).

About the desktops:

  • The 10 new Aardvark is an old plane no longer in service but who still its legacy is part of aerospace. The desktops are called: “The Killer Desktop, Dry Lake, Jigsaw, Dry Hills, Blue Sky, The Aardvark, Hungry Child, Fast over a Lake, Desert Wonderer, and Landing Route.”
  • The new Austere Petals are just close-up pictures of pink and red petals. They are called: “Brucie, Claire, Delmare, and Elinore.”
  • The new Giants desktop are called ‘Los Angeles’ and it is a picture of a wire fence with the Sun in the foreground – a lot of red-tones. The desktop is available in the giant size of 1920x1200 and dual monitor 1600x1200, 1280x1024, 1152x864, and 1024x768 left and right monitor
  • And lastly, the new Technosis/Anthraxis is called ‘Compulsion’ and it is a picture of a street bike race in slow speed. A lot of blues in this picture
