Mandolux has released new desktops for download. The desktops are images for use as the background on Macs, and represent several different themes including military aircraft and absract imagery. According to Mandolux:
Mandolux has issued this week 16 new desktops: 10 Apache Helicopters (aerospace), 3 Giant/Dual Monitor, 2 Technosis (abstract), and 1 Money desktop (world currency/paper money).
About the desktops:
- The new Apache desktops belong to a new sub-section of my site - Helicopter 2K2. The new desktops are named: Killer Beast, Deep in the Woods, 30mm and then some!, Hint-n-dock, Green Rapids, Killer Longbow, Cockpit, Fireworks, Green Rider, and Hit-n-dock 2
- The new Giant/Dual Monitor set of desktops is named Federikke and it is a photo of a red flower. The desktop is available in 1920x1200 and in dual monitor 1600x1200, 1280x1024, 1152x864, and 1024x768
- The two new Technosis/Anthraxis are named Snake of Light and Fireworks. Really abstract and required an acquired taste
- And lastly, my venerable collection of paper money desktops from around the world will continue once again - Money 2K2. There is a new desktop as a taste of things to come. Also, the website that dealt with these desktops was redesign and rework
- I would also like to mention that if you want to submit your countryis paper money (if you are outside of the USA), I would be more than happy and honored to incorporate them with my collection of desktops
