New Desktops At Mandolux

· by Mike Washlesky · News

Mandolux has released new desktops for download. The desktops are images for use as the background on Macs, and represent anywhere from abstract imagery to dual monitor desktop configs. According to Mandolux:

Mandolux has issued four new desktops: one Technosis/Anthraxis (Abstract), one Graffiti (Photograph/Macro), one Bonzai/Taran (Japanese Fountain), and one Fire REDUX 2K3 desktop (Abstract/Slow-shutter). In other news, my Photographic Portfolio (May/June 2003) is available: http://photography.mandolux.com.

About this update:

  • The latest Technosis/Anthraxis, titled Wonder, is a killer desktop: one of the best desktops in a long time. It is abstract view of a photograph of an inverted palm leaf. The composition contains a lot of pastels. This is a must download
  • There is a new Graffiti desktop titled Trickle – a photograph of a green section of a mural where the paint run-off trickling down. This desktop contains a lot of texture
  • The latest Bonzai/Taran is titled Kameko – it is a photograph of a Japanese bamboo fountain. This wallpaper screams calmness
  • There is a new addition to the Fire REDUX 2K3 theme with Berit. Berit is a slow-shutter photograph with movement (more like an experiment)

You can find more information about the new desktops at the Mandolux Web site. The desktops are available as free downloads.
