The folks at Mandolux have released new desktops from the F-22 Raptor and Anthraxis/Technosis themes. The desktops are images for use as the background on Macs, and represent the latest American tactical fighter and abstract imagery. According to Mandolux:
I would like to inform you that since our last communication, we have added 11 new desktops representing the continuation of both the F-22 Raptor and Technosis/Anthraxis series of desktops.
The titles of the F-22 desktops are iTruly Beautiful, Looking Down, Frontal Shine, Dry Lake 2, Dam Lake, Side Cloud, Valleyhill, Dry Lake, Afterburners, and Cherokee.i Since they are too numerous, I will only describe the really good ones:
- Truly Beautiful is a wonderful and enigmatic picture of a Raptor going over some mountains that have been carressed by clouds, trees covered in snow and a small river running through the hills.
- Valleyhill is a picture taken at dusk with the F-22 as a shadow of greater things in the composition – the wonderful horizon with both the blue and smog-filled views of the sky and a sprawling cityscape and the airport
