Sapphire Innovations has released several new plug-ins for Photoshop 6 and Painter. The new effects palettes are bundled in two apps for Mac OS, and there is a wide variety of circular themed styles. According to Sapphire Innovations:

Grainy vol 3 is for Painter, Painter 3D and Painter classic and can be used throughout Painter in various effects such applied surfaces or glass distortions and as part of the grain method in brush strokes. Displacer vol 3 displacement maps can be used as files for the displace, glass, texturiser filter and more, or used via the define pattern command, in layer effects as texture overlays or more.
