Online Apple Auction: PowerMacs, PowerBooks, iBooks, iMacs, iPods, More

As noted on our DealsOnTheWeb.com site, Apple is conducting an online auction through the auspices of DoveBid. The auction takes place tomorrow morning, starting at 9:00 AM, PDT, and lasting until 1:00 PM, PDT. There are 234 items listed, as of this writing, including some 96 iPods. Details might well change up until the beginning of the auction, so if you are interested, it would be best to check the latest information before bidding. From the auction site:

To participate, bidders must create a DoveBid account and agree to any event-specific terms and conditions. Since bids are accepted and processed by a computer server, your results may differ from traditional auctioneer-led sales. No additional registration, software, or bidder numbers are required.
